I love showmanship, cause it shows how good you are with your horse-you can't fake it. Plus me and Snipper are actually good, so ya. We won at the county fair last year. Here's a pic of us with the trophy.

Yes congrats to you! Showmanship is pretty fun to practice as well. My horse was a baby when I got her so that's all I could do. haha. Lot's of time practicing showmanship.

I love showmanship also, only because my horse rocks at it, i dont have to do it with a lead rope or halter, he follows me and my hands, all i have to do for the turn on the haunches is walk into him and he turns its awsome, and when he stops he sets up all on his own, its pretty neat if you and your horse can do it!

my horse does that as well. all i do is walk beside her. i stay at her shoulder and she just follows. stops, backs, trots, sets up, turns...it's a great trick!
enough time practicing and they usually catch on to that.
